That reminds me of this vintage Hot Rod Magazine cover!  IIRC, Bruce Meyers himself was driving it for this famous photograph.  I can’t remember if that buggy was a prototype or an early production model.

The only footage I've seen of Bruce is somewhat recent octogenarian Bruce, but that certainly looks like a younger version of the Bruce I'm familiar with.
